Tech Tip: Editing What Your Browser Says in Chrome

This one is a fun little trick. You can utilize Chrome’s developer mode in order to change the display, layout and text of a webpage you are presently visiting. To do so, you will need to first open developer mode, which you can access by pressing the F12 key. Next, in the bottom console on the window that opens up, enter in the command below

document.designMode = “on”

Now you can change the text, layout and features right in the webpage itself. Give it a try!
